See if you're already signed in with your Apple ID If you enter the wrong email address, you can try again with a different one. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.When you're asked to enter your Apple ID, click Forgot Apple ID.
Go to your Apple ID account page and click Forgot Apple ID or password.First, try signing in with all prior email addresses that you might have used as an Apple ID. In most cases, your Apple ID is your email address. If you forgot your Apple ID or aren't sure that you have one, there are a few ways to find it. Your Apple ID is the account you use to sign in to all Apple services. I've highlighted some key information for you here. Your husband should do the same on his iPhone. Once you've got that straightened out, follow the instructions below to link your iPhone's telephone number to your Apple ID.
